The Growth Hub Project
GROWTH HUB is a Higher Education Authority Human Capital Initiative Pillar 3 collaborative project involving Technological University Dublin (TUD) and South East Technological University (SETU)
The GROWTH HUB project mission is to encourage growth and entrepreneurial mindsets among our students. Core beliefs supporting this mission are:
- Entrepreneurship is an opportunity and growth-based mindset.
- Innovation as a constituent of entrepreneurship is central to value creation, delivery and capture at the level of the organisation and the nation.
- Diversity of thought is a positive educational and societal objective.
Growth Hub Aims
- • To create a vibrant, fun and supportive entrepreneurial culture.
- • To establish a visible entrepreneurial support system for all South East Technological (SETU) students.
- • To nurture and support all stages of student entrepreneurial development.
- • To support students in identifying pathways for their growth-oriented start-ups.
- • To facilitate collaboration between entrepreneurial students across all disciplines.
- • To actively engage alumni entrepreneurs and external stakeholders in supporting undergraduate and postgraduate enterprise.
- • To support colleagues involved with enterprise and entrepreneurship education across all disciplines.
- • To engage entrepreneurial talent for regional and societal gain.
