Staff Event: Business Model Development, Validation and Assessment

This interactive workshop will demonstrate the SimVenture Validate online toolkit for Business Model development. The workshop will address how the tool can be used to assist module delivery, student engagement and assessment. Based on Alexander Osterwalder’s Business Model Canvas, the tool guides students through the process of building a business model, identifying and testing key assumptions. Designed for the education environment, this tool simultaneously allows students to develop a learning portfolio and export both the canvas and portfolio as learning outputs, suitable for assessment. This workshop is open to anyone involved in enterprise education / support or those who have an interest in this area.
